A picture is worth a thousand words, eh?

Posture exercise therapy is not a program to specifically fix any of the above-named issues. It is a program designed to improve your posture. But you must do the exercises to experience the benefits of improved posture. Many cases of pain and limitations are attributed to a diagnosed “disease” or “chronic condition,” but it is often the position (of the body) that causes pain and other symptoms, not the condition of the body (whatever that condition may be called).
