I wanted to let you know that last night I did something that I haven't done in a long time...

Remember the 300lbs of apples that I mentioned? Well it turns out that it was closer to 500 lbs. I know this because last night I processed ALL OF THEM and it took about 11 hours to do it, BUT my back didn't hurt until the last hour. After I finished, I came in and immediately did my routine and it was wonderful. In the past, my back would have been toast three hours into the processing.

Anyway, I'm only mildly sore this morning and I just wanted to say THANKS !!!!!!!

“Here's a little report of the magic. I've been doing the tower every 36 - 48 hours. That's maybe three times since I saw you last. Seriously this is revolutionary. I know full well that the timing on this was also a big part of this rebalancing, and I wouldn't be getting this transformative feeling without our prior work. Nonetheless, here I am standing taller and more balanced than I've ever been. Feeling results into my jaw and skull as well as my feet. Praying to stay conscious to this amazing spot I get to be in.

“Thanks for Shepherding me here. It's a big damn deal.”

When I first came to Grace in the spring, I was scheduled to have a knee replacement in the fall. Three months after doing the customized exercises she gave me, I realized that I could cancel my surgery because my knee no longer hurt. I still have arthritis in the joint, I still have some movement limitations, but I am able to do the things I want to do - including take daily walks - and I am no longer in chronic pain. I am delighted to be able to avoid surgery for now, and will continue with this program as long as it continues to keep me out of pain and moving better!

“I was referred to Grace by a hiking friend after I told her about some issues I was having with my knee. Everything seemed to be happening on the left-hand side of my body, and so I thought perhaps I was having some alignment issues. None of this is addressed in a short visit with a doctor; but Grace does a thorough analysis, including detailed pictures and notations. After my preliminary appointment and evaluation, I signed up for a series of sessions.

“Before my first session, not thinking I really wanted to do it, my knee froze up on me the night before and was very painful. It was definitely a strong message that I needed some help right away. I went to Grace in tears the next morning. I was quite scared and had reservations about what to do; but Grace was very empathetic and careful with her analysis, feeling my anxiety and apprehension.

“It's been almost six months now and I have not had a painful situation with the knee since that first session. Grace has gotten me through many exercises working especially with strengthening the knee but also with my hips, ankles, shoulders and other areas needing some help and alignment. This has been an interesting process, fitting everything into place to work together correctly. I am now back to hiking two to three times a week without a knee brace and feel that the knee is so much stronger. It has given me renewed faith that I can do what I was so worried that I would not be able to do again.

“Thank you, Grace, for your patience and understanding, and for working with me through this challenging process! It gives me a lot of hope for my hiking, which is my connection to nature and the outdoors, and my solace and sanity! I have a couple of more sessions to finish my original package, after which I plan to continue working with Grace on a future Maintenance Package.”

“I’m in my late 40s and have a full-time job that requires me to be on my feet much of the day, and my wife and I also have a small farm with a variety of animals that we tend to when we're not at work. Before I started posture therapy my feet hurt, especially the bottom of my heels. My neck and low back also hurt, and both hips felt tight, especially in the mornings. Moving around helped loosen things up so I'd feel better, but only up to a point because if I ever did too much, I’d hurt. I had a little vertigo sometimes and I went to a chiropractor fairly regularly for adjustments that helped. My wife, who is a massage therapist, also gave me great massages that always helped me feel better. She actually recommended I see Grace and try posture therapy; I'm glad I did.

“I think the first thing I noticed after I began this work was that when I did the exercises every day, including the foot exercises, my feet didn’t bother me as much as they used to. I’d switched to wearing minimalist shoes instead of hiking boots, and found that I could spend all day on my feet at work or putting up fencing, or even walking around the uneven ground on our property, and my feet didn’t hurt. They got a little tired sometimes, but mostly they didn’t hurt. Also, in less than a month I noticed that I no longer had vertigo, and my low back and hips started feeling better. I still feel tight in the hips sometimes, but after only a month of doing the exercises I was able to bend over and trim all of our animals’ hooves by myself. That's something I wouldn't have been physically able to do before without a lot of discomfort because it involves lots of wrestling and manhandling, but I felt great doing it and suffered no ill effects afterwards.

“I've only been doing this program for about three months now and I still have occasional neck pain, but I think that's going to change. I'm pretty committed to doing my routines because it has really paid off. It's great not to be uncomfortable all the time, and I like knowing what exercises I can do to keep myself largely out of pain, and as active as I need to be at work and on our farm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend posture therapy to anyone in pain or limitations that keep them from doing the things they need or want to do.”

“I have worked with Grace for over a year and have gone from feeling hopeless to feeling empowered to heal myself. Her excellent guidance, individually crafted exercise routines, and encouragement have shown me I can change my body and correct my imbalances. Her commitment to my health has allowed me to continue to run, cycle and play pickleball pain free - at 72 years old! I highly recommend Grace’s Posture First Exercise Therapy.”

“After 3 1/2 years of coping with a knee replacement that never healed properly, I contacted Grace because my wife experienced such positive results from her PTX Therapy™ exercise regimen. I was skeptical at first, because ordinary physical therapy I had completed previously hadn't helped my pain and discomfort. Grace pointed out some obvious misalignments in my posture (probably resulting from trying to compensate for the knee pain). She recommended exercise routines from Posture Therapy which have significantly strengthened and corrected my body's framework. Grace is very knowledgeable in her profession and she is sensitive to individual physical limitations. I am an obstinate 80 plus year old and I will continue to use these exercises, because they work!”

Yours in good posture,

~ Bob

“I have been working with Grace and PTX Therapy for 8 months and I love it. The combination of personalized menus and a wide choice of exercises have improved my flexibility, balance, posture and strength. Grace knows body mechanics and always offers exercises for parts of the body that I didn’t even realize were affecting where I had pain. The therapy provides big results from the flexing and releasing of what seem like small muscles, ligaments and tendons. I have exercised and done yoga most of my life, but Grace has provided me with a new way of keeping my body aligned which allows me to enjoy hiking, biking and swimming as I age.”

“Although very athletic, I’ve had lingering, deep skeletal misalignments in my spine, hips, and shoulders for at least 40 years.  I am genetically predisposed to scoliosis and osteoarthritis (my mother had both knees and hips replaced).  But being an athlete I “pushed through the pain” and ultimately partially tore my left Achilles tendon in 2012 at age 55.  This led me into the world of physical therapy where I was told by a doctor in 2013 that I needed a left hip replacement.  Instead, I became a classically-trained Pilates teacher in 2018 and now share how this practice creates strength and flexibility.  I love body mechanics and the wonderful ability of the body to heal.  When I met Grace we had an instant rapport.

“I began seeing Grace for nagging left lateral body pain manifesting in my hip, shoulder and elbow and right Achilles tendon.  I knew these problems were due to skeletal bones, deep tendons, muscles and fascia pulling me out of correct spinal, hip, and shoulder alignment.  Initially intrigued with the subtle exercises she prescribed, I could also feel the deep structural and neurological corrections occurring as I did the exercises each day.  This was great in itself, but when I experienced my first sudden sciatica and deep right leg muscle spasms about a month ago it was a real wake-up call!  In about one week of following Grace’s new routine I was able to mostly resume my regular activities.  I now have no sciatic pain.

“Grace has recently introduced me to the tower and it has been in a word, miraculous.  The very first time with my right leg in the tower suddenly my left shoulder began to realign.  It was my back “untwisting” and now I can even feel the effects in my deep left lateral viscera.  Wow.

“I now have a growing ‘toolbox’ of exercises specifically designed for my body which work.  I am thrilled and grateful to have Grace in-person here in Sequim WA and encourage anyone who wants to feel better in their body to meet with Grace (either in-person or virtually) and continue on their healing journey.”

“For more than four decades, I’ve been challenged with after effects of being hit by a car while riding a bicycle. Since this accident, I’ve explored a variety of treatments and therapies, and eventually settled in on a regimen of exercises learned from a few influential physical therapists and trainers that has worked relatively well all these years.

“A few months ago, I bumped into long-time friend, Grace Lambert, and shared with her that I had been experiencing debilitating pain in my hips. As a matter of fact, I was at a point where walking was a struggle and normal exercise without severe pain was impossible.

“I know Grace is highly educated and experienced in healing arts, including balance and posture, and shortly after bumping into her, she began teaching me how to alleviate the pain in my hips, and then how to get back to where I am now in a relatively active state.

“I cannot overstate how much I think Grace’s knowledge and innate healing ability have helped me over the last few months, and I look forward to continuing to work with her and to utilize what she has taught me from here on out.

“I highly recommend Grace for those with injury, degenerative or musculoskeletal issues, as well as for those who want to have better posture and therefore better overall physical health.”

“I met with Grace when she taught a ‘Posture’ class a few years ago. She started the class by sharing her story with us. She has overcome some major physical issues and looking at her and knowing what she overcame through the exercises she taught us, it was indeed inspiring to stick with it. I have continued with these exercises since then and I say with honesty that it was a miracle for me. I had been searching for a long time to find someone to help me feel better and Grace had the answer. The best thing is, it was not a class to make me dependent on it, she empowered me with the tools and knowledge to rely on myself. Because I feel better, I am able to continue with activities I thought I might have to give up. Thank you Grace!”
